Sixpenny Devizes is a purpose-built nursery set in 3.5 acres of private garden on the edge of Devizes, in the hamlet of Nursteed. Founded in 1989, the nursery continues to provide quality child care. There are two ways in which you can enjoy Sixpenny at Devizes. Our day care operates all year round, or for those of you requiring just term time, we have the flexibility of our Nursery School for children of all ages.
Activities
We include cooking, music and Arts & Crafts in the curriculum. The 3.5 acres of lush gardens are perfect for learning about nature, as well as for running about, playing outside and enjoying the fresh air.
We also run a Holiday Club.

Our wonderful staff
Our uniformed staff are instantly-identifiable in their smart tees and sweatshirts. They are all experienced, and are either fully qualified or in training.
Freshly cooked meals
A hot freshly prepared 2-course lunch provided by Devizes Catering Company is served every day. Our catering company pride themselves in sourcing local fresh produce using only the best local suppliers. High Tea are served each afternoon. 
Learning opportunities
With the emphasis on learning through play, the children start learning from the word go, so that the eventual transition to school is as smooth as possible.
Easy access
Close to Devizes Town Centre, we are easily reached from all directions. We have our own large car park so you can stay as long as you want without worrying about traffic wardens.
Holiday club
We run a Holiday Club whenever schools are closed, for children up to 8 years old. All children are very welcome, including those who don't normally attend Sixpenny.
