A converted barn in the middle of a country village, Sixpenny Mildenhall day nursery is in a wonderful location. The garden (with George & Belle, our resident rabbits) and covered outdoor area allow lots of fresh air.
Activities
At the nursery we include yoga, cooking, music and Arts & Crafts in the curriculum. Our grassy garden is perfect for learning about nature, and the large undercover area lets the children play outside whatever the weather.
We have lots of trips round the village to visit the church, local farm and water meadows. We also run a Holiday Club.

Our wonderful staff
Our uniformed staff are instantly-identifiable in their smart tees and sweatshirts. They are all experienced, and are either fully qualified or in training.
Freshly cooked meals
A 2-course lunch and High Tea are served every day at the nursery, and are all freshly prepared using local produce. Our caterer for both Aldbourne and Mildenhall is Sue Brady Catering, and all our meat comes from Sumblers, the award-winning Marlborough butcher.
Learning opportunities
With the emphasis on learning through play, the children start learning from the word go, so that the eventual transition to school is as smooth and as trouble-free as possible.
Easy access
Close to Marlborough, we are easily reached from all directions. We have our own large carpark so you can stay as long as you want - no worries about Marlborough traffic wardens.
Holiday club
The nursery runs a Holiday Club whenever school is closed, for children up to 5 years old. All children are welcome, including those not normally attending a Sixpenny nursery.
