Registration Fee for the nursery schools:

This is a non-refundable fee payable when booking a new place.
Day Care - Deposit and Notice
Deposit is 1 calendar month's fee. This is held until notice is given and used for payment towards the last month's fees. In the absence of any notice, the deposit will be retained in lieu of notice. A full months notice is required in writing to withdraw or amend days and times.
Term Time - Deposit and Notice
We operate six terms in an academic year in line with the term dates issued by Wiltshire County Council. There is no deposit chargeable for children attending term time. A complete term's notice is required to withdraw or amend days and times. Notice must be given not later than the first day of term at the end of which the child is to leave. In the absence of insufficient notice being received, fees in lieu of notice will be payable.
Childcare Vouchers and Nursery Education Grant
We are happy to accept childcare vouchers. And once your child turns 3, you can benefit from the Nursery Education Grant.
Opening Times
The nurseries operate from 8.00am - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday all year round. We close for all public holidays and from lunchtime on Christmas Eve. There are no adjustments in day care fees made for any distortion caused by Bank Holidays. There is no reduction for holidays.

Fees include all formula milk, nappies, pull ups, snacks, freshly made home-cooked two-course hot lunch, afternoon tea and drinks.
When your child turns 2, the fees are re-calculated, and the new fee is effective the following month. Additional hours may be added to extend the School Day option at £4.60 per hour.

Fees include all formula milk, snacks, two-course hot lunch, afternoon tea and drinks, and exclude nappies. Term time children are welcome to bring a packed lunch or buy a hot meal for £2.35. Additional hours are charged at £4.60ph.
Fee calculation
Day Care fees are calculated by the confirmed number of session / days per week x 52 divided by 12. All fees are payable in advance by monthly direct debit on the first working day of any month. Term fees are payable on or before the first day of term.
Late Payment Chargee
An additional charge of £35 for the first week and £10 per day thereafter will be applied to fees arriving after the 1st working day of the month or after the 1st day of term for all term fees.
Sibling Discount
10% discount is given for the eldest sibling attending the same nursery.
Late pick-up is charged at £10 per half hour which is payable to the member of staff on arrival. We are required to notify social services if you fail to contact us after the session has finished.
